Privacy

Roadie stores your account, artist profile, onboarding answers and everything you create in the app in a secure database. Records are private to your account and protected by row-level security, so no other Roadie user can read them.

The fan CRM includes consent status and consent date fields. You are the data controller for the fan contacts you add or import, so please only store contacts you have a lawful basis to hold, and record their consent accurately. Roadie does not send any emails to your fans.

AI requests are sent to a model provider through our secure server so it can answer using your saved profile and project data. API keys are never exposed in the browser.

You can export all of your data or permanently delete your account from Settings. For anything else, email millie@wildheartscollective.co.uk.
